23"H X 22"W. The maker of this trunk is unknown however it feels of very good quality by weight
and touch. The canvas is of the thickest type and completely intact. The wood slats are of the
narrow design typically seen on trunks from Europe such as from Goyard and Vuitton. They are
secured by large round headed nails that are clearly visible adding a nice touch. The hardware is of
the sturdy kind. The original Corbin lock is intact and the receiver portion of the lock stamped with
a patent date of 1887. The lock does come with a working key that functions effortlessly. The
outside trim is leather. There were no latches on this trunk and short straps were installed as was
original.

Should you wish a wood tray that sit on top of the existing one, just let me know and I will make and
include at no additional cost. The lid prop is copper plated. The inside lid looks like a good place to
add your personal touch with some further decoration. It is wood under there and you will not harm
