Contact Information I receive a fair amount of requests for information regarding the history of antique trunks or for tips on restoration. I do my best to answer these when I can. If you require information on something or have a question on a trunk I am offering or my restoration services, I ask that you contact me via email at: info@eagletrunks.com Purchase Information I accept most any form of check or money order as well as secure online payment utilizing PayPal or most major credit cards. If you wish to pay online, there is a "Buy Now" button located on each of the antique trunk detail pages. Just give it a click and you will be taken to a secure checkout. If you wish to pay by check or money order, drop me a line with the trunk that you are interested in and the method of payment that you wish to use. For services or other items not listed but that we agree upon, I can email an electronic invoice which can be paid securely online. For online payments, your information is secure and specifics are not disclosed to us as the seller. We also offer a convenient Free Layaway Plan sales@eagletrunks.com Shipping costs Our prices include shipping costs to the contiguous 48 states. For Alaska and Hawaii as well as to other countries, I ask that you provide your shipping information prior to purchasing and I will provide you a shipping quote. I take into consideration the shipping costs already factored into the trunk costs and I charge only actual insured shipping. Duty costs, taxes, or any other charges above regular shipping costs as a result of international shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Return Policy Due to the costs and effort required to pack and ship antique trunks, all sales are final. Exceptions are of course made should there be damage to the trunk during shipping or if we grossly misrepresented the item. If we state it is 30"L and it turns out to be 30.5", its still your trunk. If we said it was green and it turns out to be red, send it back. We are at the mercy of digital images and monitor resolutions but do our best to portray our products accurately. We encourage our customers to ask questions prior to purchasing. We are more than happy to provide additional photos or any additional information requested to help assure that you receive the quality of trunk that you desire. We do our best to price our trunks to fit the quality and uniqueness of the item we see before us.
